Original GOLD TOP® Milk in a PET Bottle

This is the same as the Gold Top® bottled milk from Jersey and Guernsey cows that is traditionally delivered to the family doorstep, but is available to purchase via your local Supermarket.

It is naturally higher in protein and energy, in vital vitamins A, D & E, and of course the most important of all, Calcium. Gold Top’s unique physical and chemical composition means it “tastes better, is richer and creamier, and has a better texture” than normal silver top milk. One of its unique characteristics is that it is unhomogenised, so the silky yellow cream rises to the top of the bottle when left standing. Gold Top® can enhance any usage occasion be it on a cereal, in a quiche or rice pudding, or even as a refreshing cold drink.

GOLD TOP® Homogenized Milk in a Carton

Gold Top® homogenized milk from Jersey and Guernsey cows is the same as the traditional bottle milk on the doorstep, but with three additional factors.
The milk is homogenized (forced through a small hole under pressure which breaks down the fat globules and stops them floating to the top of the milk) - This enables everyone to get their share of the creamy milk!

Because of the processing and packing technique, the milk is given a longer “shelf life” in the fridge – up to 21 days if it has not been frozen.

Because it is homogenized you can freeze it for up to 12 weeks,
so you never need to run out of milk again!
