Gold Top® and Breakfast Milk® are registered brand names
belonging to Quality Milk Producers Ltd. Forty years ago a
group of enterprising farmers in England, Scotland and Wales,
who farmed Jersey and Guernsey cows, decided to combine
their resources. Recognising the potential of their milk they
formed a new company to promote GOLD TOP and exploit its
particularly fine characteristics.

Up to this time Gold Top was only available via the milkman
on the doorstep. QMP successfully registered the brand
names in the 1970s and from this has evolved an ever-
expanding range of quality dairy products, including;

• unhomogenised Gold Top milk and Gold Top organic milk
• homogenised Gold Top semi skimmed milk and Breakfast Milk
• Gold Top butter and cream
